Saviours!

Two barrels of grapes juiced in the fruit press, champagne yeast added, eight gallons of sweet juice now bubbling away. No sugar added - 1070 specific gravity, should make it 9.5 strength - perfectly acceptable. 

Thanks to Bev at Almost Off Grid in Horam for last minute help with missing bits of brewing kit, for superb customer service and for her boundless enthusiasm!
