If you wish to make sparkling you will either need to use corks and cages like you would sparkling wine. Alternatively you could use flip top bottles or PET bottles with caps - reusing lemonade bottles/similar is absolutely fine. Add up to 10 litres of apple juice. You can choose to bottle your cider in glass bottles if its still, or plastic/pet bottles with a teaspoon of sugar if you like it sparkling. Please note: cider ingredients (other than the yeast) and bottles are not included.
