A specially formulated recipe containing Bentonite, Wine Yeast, Yeast Nutrient, Vitamins and Minerals. Used for making high alcohol wines, speedy fermentation and clearing.

As this special compound contains a blend of wine yeast and nutrients, no additional yeast needs to be added.

Usage: 1 heaped teaspoon per gallon, to be added directly to wine must.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and use within 3 months.

Reliable results every time.

I've been using Young's Super Wine Yeast Compound for many years and it always does the job. We make our own wine from nature's larder and this compound has never let us down. I don't know of any others out there that work as well. It is like a trusted friend to me!
