Mangrove Jack's Premium Wine Yeast CL23 is for crisp, fresh dry white/blush wines, both still or sparkling.
CL23 is a multi-purpose yeast strain with a very neutral sensory impact. It is suitable for most wine styles but especially white, blush and sparkling wines.
This fast fermenting yeast is highly robust. It will tolerate difficult fermentation conditions, and alcohol levels up to 18% ABV.
Suitable for Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, vegetable wines and more.
Alcohol Tolerance: 18% ABV
Weight: approximately 8g.
Dosage: 19-25L.
Usage Directions: No rehydration required - add direct to grape must and stir well. For best results, ferment at 14 - 32°C (57 - 90°F).
