This Kit contains the equipment you need to make Sparkling Elderflower Wine, Still Elderflower Wine or Elderflower Cordial.

This Elderflower Champagne, Cordial and Wine Starter Kit contains:

• 1x 10 Litre Fermentation Bucket, plus tight fitting lid with bored hole and grommet
• 1x 5 litre Fermentation Bucket, plus tight fitting lid with bored hole & grommet
• 2x Bubbler Airlocks
• 1x 100g tub VWP cleaner/steriliser
• 1x 3ml pipette for ongoing testing and tasting
• 1x 2 pint plastic jug
• A simple syphon with sediment trap and tap for flow control
• 2x Lalvin EC-1118 Sparkling Wine Yeast 5g sachets 
• 2x Almost Off Grid 2g wine yeast sachets
• 2x stick on lcd thermometers
• 2x kraft tag to label your buckets and keep notes of where in the process you are up to
• 1x 4x6 fine mesh straining bag
• 1x 18cm plastic funnel
• 3 tried and tested recipes for Elderflower Champagne, Elderflower Wine and Elderflower Cordial.

Please note: this kit contains equipment and yeast only. It does not contain bottles.

This equipment can be reused time after time for making country wines, beer and cider either from kits or from scratch, and for making country cordials.
