This Kit contains the equipment you need to make Sparkling Elderflower Wine, Still Elderflower Wine or Elderflower Cordial.
This Elderflower Champagne, Cordial and Wine Brewing Starter Kit contains:
- 1x 10 Litre Fermentation Bucket, plus tight fitting lid with bored hole and grommet
- 1x 5 litre Fermentation Bucket, plus tight fitting lid with bored hole & grommet
- 2x Bubbler Airlocks
- 1x 3ml pipette for ongoing testing and tasting
- 1x 2 pint plastic jug
- A simple syphon with sediment trap and tap for flow control
- 2x Lalvin EC-1118 Sparkling Wine Yeast 5g sachets
- 2x Almost Off Grid 2g wine yeast sachets
- 2x stick on lcd thermometers
- 2x kraft tag to label your buckets and keep notes of where in the process you are up to
- 1x 4x6 fine mesh straining bag
- 1x 18cm plastic funnel
- 3 tried and tested recipes for Elderflower Champagne, Elderflower Wine and Elderflower Cordial.
